Perhaps 'dog poo park'(Gunners park), Shoeburyness can be targetted next.I'd like to see all dogwalkers banned from using the footpaths and only allowed to use the grassed areas of the park where there's a good chance they'll step in something nasty.The place is a minefield;There should be signs warning non dogwalkers to keep to the comparative safety of the footpath(Where you can at least 'hopscotch' around the poo as you walk along)As huge amounts of dog excrement is hidden in the grass.Better still, ban dogs from the park altogether!This week i saw a woman in the park walking seven dogs, not one on a lead.The previous week, someone had put up a 'keep britain tidy' poster encouraging dogwalkers to pick up their dog's poo and bin it a couple of days later, it had been ripped down.There are ample red dog poo bins in the park, so what pleasure do some people get from going to the trouble of picking up their dog's excrement, bagging it up only to throw it in a tree or leave it on someone's wall?Alice in her own land:P wrote:
